set the company's foundation nearly 90 years ago with the start of his Swallow Sidecar Company. Though the name Jaguar wasn't born until 1935, Jaguar Cars has been innovating and redefining standards ever since.
Today, as in the past, Jaguar cars result from a unique objective, best described by the iconic marque's charismatic founder: to be "...the closest thing we can create to something that is alive." . Jaguar has built its name to reflect the speed, sleekness, and raw power in every vehicle they build from coupe to convertible, from model to model, past to present and inevitably into the future.
